Position for Spring 2022

This position performs small landscape jobs, pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs, general landscape maintenance duties, seasonal yard cleanups and more.

Qualified Candidates Will:
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Work in various weather conditions
• Take direction and learn quickly
• Be punctual and reliable
Previous experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.

Starting wage $15/hour, DOE.

Position for Spring 2022

This position is responsible for performing assigned duties in the best interest of the effective and efficient operation of the Landscape/Irrigation Department. Basic planting, pipefitting skills and hand tool operation is required.

Essential Duties include:
• Train in, learn and use company assigned hand and power equipment in its proper operation, care and maintenance.
• Maintain professional relationship with clients, bystanders, co-workers and team leaders.
• Attend all meetings, training sessions as scheduled.
• Be prepared to work in all types of weather conditions.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to read, interpret and write instructions in English
• Basic math skills
• Able to lift 100 lbs. with regularity
• Able to work some weekends, overtime and out of town occasionally

Position for Spring 2022

This position is responsible for performing assigned duties in the best interest of the effective and efficient operation of the Landscape/Irrigation Department.

Essential Duties include:
• Exhibit proper knowledge of acceptable supervisory practices and the ability to motivate employees.
• Supervise employees in a manner that will obtain their utmost efficiency, cooperation and respect in serving our customers in accordance with company policies as outlined in the operations manual.
• Properly train employees in equipment use and care. Ensure employees present and conduct themselves professionally.
• Daily record keeping in various aspects of the position.
• Accountable for company tools and equipment.
• Must possess and continually develop knowledge of plants, irrigation and landscape techniques, and maintenance after installation.
• Must possess ability to solve normal day to day problems as they arise and possess foresight to ask department manager for help and guidance in advance of need, when necessary.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three years or more of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret verbal and written instructions in English
• Basic math skills

Position for Spring 2020

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including loading/unloading trucks, customer service, deliveries, yard maintenance and more. This could be a full time or 2 part-time positions. Competence with front-end loader and fork lift is required, as is a current driver’s license. CDL is a plus but not required. Self-motivated team-players are encouraged to apply.
